I already purchased a ticket. Do I need to fill out a registration form?
Every attendee is required to fill out a registration form on this website after purchasing a ticket! This is how we collect important attendee information and hotel reservation requests.
Will the credit card I enter on the form be charged?
If you filled out the form with a hotel reservation request, the card you entered will be charged a one-night deposit to confirm your room.
What airport should we fly into?
MCO Orlando International is the closest airport to the hotel!
Will meals be provided?
Yes, but only during select times.

How do I get Money Ball entries?

I also bought my spouse/guest's ticket. Do they need to fill out a form too?
Yes! One registration form per person, so we can collect everyone's details!
What if I am sharing my hotel room with others?
That's totally fine! Just make sure only ONE person in your room fills out the hotel reservation info on the form. The other guest(s) can leave it blank to avoid double bookings.
What time should I arrive?
Be sure to arrive Thursday, April 30th with enough time to settle in and get ready for the following:

Can we bring spouses?
Yes, spouses are welcome, but must purchase their own full-price ticket.

How do I book my hotel room?
Hotel reservation request will be on the registration form on this website! Do not book directly with the hotel.
Beneve Group Rate: $279/night + taxes/fees. After we receive your form, we will work on your hotel reservation and contact you once confirmed. We will use the dates, selections, and credit card you entered for the reservation, so please be sure to double check before submitting. Confirmations take about 10-14 business days.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of reservation, fully refundable prior to April 1st. Any cancellations after April 1st will result in the deposit being forfeited. Please fill out a contact form if you need to make changes to your hotel reservation!
How is parking at the hotel?
Valet + self-parking will be available.

25% discount on Self-Parking (currently $38.00 self-parking) for all in-house attendees with a reservation.

What is the weather?
Average temperatures are typically in the high 80s during the day and low 60s in the evening. We recommend bringing a sweater, as conference rooms can be cool.

RULES
During the convention, you will receive your lucky number at registration! When a Money Ball drawing is happening and your number is called, you MUST be in the room to receive your prize. If you are not in the room, a new number will be picked.
